We'll be making a pattern that Ellen found. It's by designer Amanda Saladin, and it's available as a free pattern at the designer's website HERE . Or if you'd like a formatted pdf version, it's available for purchase on Ravelry HERE . The hat uses chunky yarn and US 10.5 needles and is knit back and forth without shaping and seamed at the end. I think it would work well with worsted weight yarn held double. Ellen's modifications for worsted weight on US 8 needles are to cast on 32 (40) stitches and to purl 27 (33) stitches at the beginning of row 2. Hope you can make it!
